Our consultants average over 20 years of experience in retirement plan administration. We employ credentialed members of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA) and all of our consultants attend conferences and workshops to stay current with legislative changes affecting employee benefit plans.
Upcoming Retirement Plan Deadlines
Safe Harbor Notice must be distributed to participants no later than 30 days before the next plan year.
Required Minimum Distributions for participants over age 70 1/2 (unless first RMD).
Defined Benefit Contributions for the fourth quarter of 2015 are due. Summary Annual Report must be distributed for calendar year plans on 5500 extension..
1099Rs due to plan participants distributed in prior year.
Form 945 (if payment) due.
